Our CEO, Alessandra Guion, had the pleasure of attending an engaging iftar dinner hosted by His Excellency the Ambassador of Bahrain at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Belgium.
Alessandra had the opportunity to connect with esteemed individuals from hub.brussels, finance.brussels, Excess Return, dFakto, Shiperise, and HMI Engineering, including HAJJAM Mohamed, Pierre Hermant, Badr Boussabat, Lionel Slusny, Ghislain Breydel, Omar Taoufik, Thibaut De Vylder, Abdoulaye Diallo, and Samir Hachemi.
The event was a platform for stimulating conversations, reflecting on the success of a mission organised jointly with Hub.brussels and FIT several months ago. These discussions explored collaboration opportunities between our two nations, particularly within the jewellery industry—encompassing gold, pearls, and diamonds—and the growing fintech sector.
Central to the discussions was the exploration of strategies to strengthen collaboration, with a focus on supporting both fintech ecosystems. The aim was to facilitate connectivity, development, and expansion, advancing the shared goals of Belgium and Bahrain.
