On May 27th we hosted the webinar “DORA in Practice: Lessons Learned from Reporting and What Comes Next” with Aurimas Bakas, Co-founder and CEO at Copla and Ričardas Brogys, Fintech Cybersecurity Leader and CISO at Copla.The session explored how organisations can move beyond regulatory interpretation and translate DORA requirements into effective operational practices.
As DORA is now fully in force and supervisory reporting cycles are underway, the speakers shared practical insights into regulatory expectations, supervisory review priorities and the challenges many organisations are currently facing. Topics covered included scope assessment, governance, ICT risk management, and third-party oversight with a focus on building proportionate and auditable compliance frameworks.
The webinar also examined effective testing programmes, common gaps in ICT third-party contract management and key supervisory reporting obligations including the ICT register and incident classification. Participants gained valuable guidance on meeting compliance requirements, avoiding common pitfalls and strengthening their readiness for regulatory reviews.
