A new project called Ulalo for Insurance is aiming to support small insurance intermediaries (less than 20 employees) in Belgium. Originally designed with American partners, the platform leverages AI Agents to automate and optimise operations. Ulalo for insurance is an all-in-one MGAs and MGUs claims management system designed to streamline your operations, ensure multicarrier compliance, and maximize your revenue.

Key features include:

  • 10x faster claims processing with an AI-assisted companion

  • Intelligent submissions for cross-selling and carrier matching

  • Policy coverage validation to reduce errors

The goal is to minimize manual work, increase efficiency, and enhance policyholder satisfaction.
